Binome Care

For the mother behind the baby

Because becoming a mother should not mean becoming everything, all at once.

Trusted, non-medical, in-home postpartum support that helps mothers rest, recover and navigate the transition into motherhood.

The reason we exist

A baby is born. A mother is born too.

The world celebrates the arrival of a baby. Binome makes sure someone is also asking the mother, “How are you?”

Our story

An old idea, reimagined for modern families

Binome is inspired by Omugwo, an Igbo tradition of postpartum care in which an experienced female relative supports a new mother and her family after childbirth.

As families now live across cities, provinces and countries, that trusted support can be harder to reach. We carry its spirit forward—not to replace family, culture or healthcare, but to provide another layer of practical help and human connection when it is needed most.

You are not carrying this alone.

“A healthy beginning for a baby also begins with a supported mother.”

Our promise

What Binome provides

Practical support. Human connection. More room to breathe.

Our care begins with three questions: What does Mom need? What does Baby need? What would make today feel a little easier?

Why Binome is different

We do not just care for the baby. We care about the person becoming a mother.

Postpartum is our specialty. We focus our training, systems and care on the transition into motherhood after childbirth.

We care about the invisible load—the exhaustion, loneliness, decision fatigue and endless details that can weigh on a new mother.

We bring practical help and human connection together. A prepared meal matters. A clean kitchen matters. A few hours of rest matter. So does having someone who listens.

Healthcare can tell you that you are okay. Support can help you feel okay.
